Alef Eco Champ Award

In a significant achievement, Kashika Sonone from Grade 5E secured victory in the Alef Education Eco Champ Students Contest, being the sole Indian representative among Arab schools. The Alef program, ‘EcoChamps’, purposefully crafted to raise awareness about climate change and tackle global environmental challenges, is presented by Alef Education in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, Cambridge Partnership for Education (part of Cambridge University Press & Assessment), and the Carbon Literacy Project.

The award ceremony was held on 30th November at Dubai Expo City, recognizing the achievements of schools and students who have championed positive environmental practices and participated in the EcoChamps and Metaverse immersive climate education programs.
