WORLD WATER RUN – 2024

It was a wonderful initiative and it’s heartening to see such enthusiastic participation from DPS Sharjah in the World Water Run 2024 on 20 March. The significance of water cannot be overstated, and events like these serve as powerful reminders of the importance of water conservation and access to clean water for all.

The active involvement of students from KG1 to Grade 12, alongside teachers and the school’s leadership team, in the World Water Run 2024 is truly commendable. Participation in global initiatives like the World Water Run not only raises awareness but also contributes towards achieving Sustainable Development Goal 6: Clean Water and Sanitation.

By actively participating in such events and promoting water conservation efforts, DPS Sharjah is setting a great example for others to follow. Saving water truly begins with individual actions, and every drop saved counts towards building a sustainable future.
