For Our Emirates We Plant

On December 23, 2025, approximately 50 students from Grades KG1 to 12, alongside staff and parents from Delhi Private School, Sharjah, actively participated in the Emirates Environmental Group’s “For Our Emirates We Plant” campaign in Ras Al Khaimah. This initiative, which aligns with the UAE’s national theme of Sustainability – Community and Family, saw the school rewarded with the planting of 31 trees in recognition of its consistent recycling efforts. Beyond navigating the rocky terrain to fix their commemorative placards, participants engaged in educational sessions regarding beekeeping and local conservation initiatives. Commended by Ms. Habiba Al Marashi for their dedication, the DPSites successfully collaborated with various community stakeholders, marking another significant milestone in the school’s ongoing commitment to environmental stewardship.
