AUS ENVIRONMENT DAY COMPETITION

On April 24, 2025, a delegation of 27 students and two teachers from DPS Sharjah marked AUS Environment Day by participating in the “Deep Blue: Industrial Wastes and Scientific Solutions” competition. The event challenged attendees to address urgent ecological issues through a creative photography contest and a rigorous quiz focused on industrial waste management. A standout moment for the school was the victory of Mrs. Anjum Hasan, Head Supervisor of Sustainability, in the faculty division of the quiz, underscoring the institution’s high level of environmental expertise. Ultimately, the day served as an inspiring platform for merging scientific knowledge with artistic expression, reinforcing the school’s commitment to transforming environmental awareness into impactful action.
